Global Warming - the Beautiful Hoax!
“Global warming? Yeah, right. We’ve just had the coldest winter for 20 years. Global warming, my ass!”

The World Bank wants to blow $5-$10 BILLION on climate change initiatives!
- One in three of us will suffer from cancer at some point in our lives. How close could we get to a cure with a $10 billion injection into research?
- One percent of Americans is behind bars yet still there’s violence on our streets. How much safer could we be with $10 billion invested in law enforcement?
- In some cities, only one in four students graduates. If we invested $10 billion in education, how much could we improve our economy and our children’s futures?
When there is NO conclusive evidence that global warming is a reality, why are we blowing so much money on a problem that probably doesn’t even exist?
Even if it does exist, there’s NO definitive evidence that Mankind is to blame and that it isn’t simply due to the natural warming and cooling cycle of the planet.
Even if it is our fault, what’s the problem? Most of the developed world suffers bitterly cold winters so a warmer climate would be welcome.
After all, it’s not like this ‘warming’ is affecting us, is it?
- In Antarctica, an ice sheet the size of Montreal recently collapsed.
- Foreign plant species are invading America’s wilderness.
- Greenland’s melting glaciers have created a new island.
Things are melting. Things are growing. Big deal! So a couple of insects might die because they don’t like the new plants and a few ships might have to steer around an iceberg or two. Oh, and Greenland might have to build a bridge. Like that’s the end of the world!
- At current warming rates, 25,000 square miles of the U.S. would be flooded by rising sea levels.
- Warmer climates would allow malaria carrying insects to survive in areas that were previously hostile to them.
- Global warming would lead to worldwide food shortages.
Ohhhhh, scary! But it’s never going to happen. Believe me!
Why not?
See for yourself. Just dig past the hype and fear-mongering.
- An ice sheet did collapse, but overall ice levels are INCREASING.
- Invasive species won’t last long as this year’s temperatures are set to FALL.
- Greenland’s ‘new’ island is not new but been known of since at least 1957.
See? It’s all one big con! Or all these eggheads are just plain wrong.
At one time, the world’s greatest thinkers thought the planet was flat - how do we know today’s greatest thinkers aren’t just as wrong? Didn’t those ancient experts argue just as ferociously that they were right when they couldn’t have been more wrong?
Okay, so say they are wrong. Say there’s no such thing as climate change. Say all their advice is pure bull. What now? What about the ‘problem’ areas all these WRONG experts want us to tackle?
- Consumption
- Pollution
- Energy efficiency
What would reducing our consumption of natural resources mean? Buying one less Gucci purse per year? Eating when we’re hungry instead of when we fancy it? Forsaking impulse buys? Not throwing away perfectly good items simply because they bore us?
- Okay, so not exactly life or death challenges. I suppose that if we consumed less, we’d have more money in our wallets.
So how about pollution? If we occasionally walked instead of drove? If we put on a sweater instead of the heating? If we didn’t sit with the car engine running while chatting to a friend?
- Well… reducing pollution would improve our quality of life. Asthma rates have been rising steadily for years, so cleaner air wouldn’t be such a bad thing, I guess.
Fuel efficiency? Okay, that’s not directly up to us - we don’t design heating systems or car engines. But we buy them. What effect would opting for the most efficient ones have?
- Well, I suppose that would put more money in our pockets AND improve air quality?
Now, I’m no rocket scientist, but all of those seem reasonable goals regardless of whether global warming exists or not.
I suppose one way to look at it is to ask yourself how many times you’ve had polio, diptheria, or tetanus? Never? Me neither. But that doesn’t stop us vaccinating our children just to be on the save side, does it?
So is it really only common sense we’re talking about? Is it irrelevant if global warming is a hoax or not? Irrelevant if we’re to blame or not? Irrelevant if the ice caps are melting, forests burning, species being driven into extinction or not?
At the end of the day, the only thing, THE ONLY THING we truly care about is our health, safety, and quality of life.
So if global warming turns out to be the greatest hoax in history, who’s the sucker here - me who followed the advice and became healthier and richer, or you who ignored it and died broke?!
So go. See. Feel. Live.
Steve
